This article covers our hands-on experience with this product. Scroll down for the full story, or jump to our final verdict at the bottom.
Day 1: First Impressions
Okay, it arrived. The box was surprisingly small and the outer shipping envelope had a weird fold in the corner, like it got stuck in a sorting machine. It didn’t damage the actual product box though, so whatever. The compact itself is… cute. It’s a solid, lightweight little square in a matte baby pink. Nothing fancy, but it feels sturdy. I got the shade ‘Glow Coral,’ which in the pan looks super bright. I was a little scared. The texture is weirdly smooth—like, not powdery at all, but not creamy either. It’s almost silky to the touch. I swatched it on my hand and the color sheered out to this really pretty, soft flush. No weird smell, which is always a win. My initial thought was that it looked promising, but I’ve been burned by pretty swatches before. I put it on my vanity next to my coffee mug, which had a faint stain from that morning’s brew I shouldve washed out.
Week 1: The Adjustment Phase
So about ten days in, and I’m figuring this blush out. The first few tries were a learning curve. This stuff is pigmented. Like, really pigmented. My usual “swirl and go” technique resulted in two bright pink circles on my cheeks that made me look like a cartoon. I had to adjust to barely tapping my brush in the pan. Once I got the hang of it, the application was nice. It blends out easily without lifting my foundation, which is a plus. But as for the “long-lasting” claim? I wasn’t seeing it. By my 3pm slump, it was basically gone. I was starting to get skeptical. This was also the week my upstairs neighbor decided to start a home renovation project, so the constant drilling was not putting me in the best mood to judge a makeup product’s merits fairly.
Week 2-3: Starting to Notice
Fast forward to the middle of week two, and okay, here’s where it gets interesting. I realized I was applying it wrong for my skin. I have combo skin—oily in the T-zone, dry on the cheeks. I was setting my whole face with powder before blush. On a whim, I tried putting the blush on directly over my liquid foundation, before any powder. That was the trick. The color clung better and lasted way longer. The “natural glow” part of the name started to make sense. It doesn’t have obvious shimmer, but it gives this lit-from-within sheen that’s really pretty. I wore it to a friend’s outdoor birthday thing and we were out for hours. Even after sweating a little (it was humid), the color was still there at the end of the night, just softened. I was surprised. It wasn’t a miracle, but it was a definite improvement.
Month 1: The Real Results
Alright, a full month down. Here’s my honest assessment. The “fine texture” claim is accurate—it’s one of the smoothest powder blushes I’ve used. It never looks cakey or settles into pores. The waterproof part? I wouldn’t go swimming with it, but it handles light rain, humidity, and a long workday impressively well. The color ‘Glow Coral’ is now a go-to for me. It builds from a whisper to a statement, which is versatile. What didn’t change? The compact, while sturdy, does pick up fingerprints like crazy. And I still have to be careful not to overload the brush. But after a month of near-daily use, I haven’t even made a dent in the pattern on the powder. This thing is going to last forever. It’s become a reliable part of my routine, especially on days I know I’ll be running around.

Would I Repurchase?
Yes, but not immediately. I really like it. It delivers a beautiful, long-lasting color with a great natural finish once you learn how to apply it for your skin type. At $34.99, it’s not the cheapest, but the amount of product and the quality feel justified. Given how little I’ve used, I won’t need a new one for a very, very long time. But when I finally run out? I’d definitely buy it again, and I’d probably try a different shade.
